Shipping Policy

We ship every order from our facility in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Delivery area

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Available destinations, shipping options and charges are confirmed at checkout.

Rates and free delivery

• UAE: AED 25 standard delivery, free on orders of AED 200 or more.
• Other GCC destinations: AED 60 delivery, free on orders of AED 600 or more.

Processing and transit times

Orders placed before 14:00 GST on a working day (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3 to 5 business days within the UAE and 5 to 8 business days to other GCC destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier and customs delays can affect delivery.

Packaging

Singles are sleeved and toploaded. Graded slabs and sealed product are packed with protective materials suited to their value. Every parcel ships with tracking, which is emailed to you once the order leaves our facility.

Customs charges

Applicable import charges depend on the destination and shipping option. Review checkout for details. We do not assume the same customs arrangement applies to every GCC order.

Returns

For return eligibility and instructions, review our returns and refunds policy or contact us before sending an item back. Contact us for guidance on any applicable cross-border return charges.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 working days, contact us at support@twvault.ae and we will open an investigation with the courier.
